The techniques Dom adopts with her senior clientele vary in accordance with their individual needs. Introducing gentle movement whether standing or chair based, accompanied with the use of light hand weights, resistance bands & small balls.

Dom uses songs with movement to encourage lung capacity & improve cognitive behavior.
